Location.
The room was so bad we had to be moved to another . We were then moved back the next day with some satisfaction. No lie, the ac did not work,no light bulb in the lamp,no clock alarm, phone did not work, faucet handles came off, no fan in the bath, anything metal had rust. They did fix the ac and the other items but lighting was still bad. Also this room was located at the end of a hall with only one exit if there were a fire in the next room??? Unreal. I never complain but you need to know this. Room 1209. Thank You

One block from the beach, hotel is very old and not clean. Off Bayshore Dr and A1A beach, shopping, bars, resturants, pets allowed. Never change beds or provide clean daily towels, does have small kitchen if needed. Rates were reasonsalbe. Needed it to be cleaner.
Not updated and not clean.

The water was hot and the linen and towels were clean. We asked for a bath mat and the chambermaid brought us one and also changed the hand towels.
There was no plug for the sink or bath. No door on the bathroom or toilet the room into where the sink was. There was rust round the sink bowl. Rust on the shower rail. No coffee maker, no kettle, no iron, no hair dryer. The air con was like a numatic drill so had to be turned off half way through the second night. Outside the air cons, some were rusty and water was collected in plant troughs. Second and third morning I went down for coffee and the first morning I got half a cup and the lady at reception said she would make more so I sat down and she carried on stapelling papers together so I waited a while then gave up and went to our room. I dont know if this lady was the owner because she did not answer when I asked her a few times but she was rude. The hotel rooms require an upgrade.

No coffee making facilities available in the room or microwave as advertised. Tried to get coffee supposedly available at reception in the mornings - successful 1 morning out of 3.

location and good value
motel staff was flaky and would often be away from the front desk. it was a busy day for the motel and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. Overall, a good experience, though.

It was very close to the beach (walking distance) and there was restaurants and bar area near the hotel, both north and south of it.

The staff at Seaside was very helpful and friendly
I think the pictures of the motel were very old. The place is kind of run down, needs paint and some tlc. It also needs new mattresses-ours was hard as a rock. Ceiling light fixture in bathroom did not even have a cover over bulbs.

Very nice hotel, and close to everything .Clean comfortable room.Shower excellent. They had a problem with the pipes so no water the day we arrived after a long journey, and no water next day.So the second day we had to have a shower in a nearby hotel .We was not given any refund but offered a free night stay wich didnt help much because we were going to Key West.On our way back to the airport (we had 3 hour to spend) the young guy in the reception was very nice and helpful and stored our luggage for the timehours and let us change our clothes .I still would recomend the Seaside motel.

Friendly, cozy. The kitchenette was handy. Having the sister hotels connected was unique. Great value. I would go again.
Room 4103: Could use a new shower head, and a new TV and a clock radio.

The reception staff am/pm were so helpful/friendly it was nice to sign in. The rooms were adequate but mirror cupboard above sink was shabby and sliding doors out of their grooves, better not even there. The ceiling fans were not working (which may have" unreachable" pull chain on purpose), but we would have used that in preference to air conditioning unit which was so noisy. Apart from that thank you.

Well I guess that is what I can get for that kind of money but also think that a little maintinance work on the exterior could make a lot of difference
